During your 30-minute consultation, we'll help determine which lab tests may be appropriate for you and place the necessary orders.

 

$150 Consultation

Your consultation includes:

• A 30-minute visit with a Rooted Health KC provider

• A discussion of your current symptoms, concerns, and health goals

• Personalized recommendations for appropriate lab testing

• Lab orders based on your individual needs

• Review and guidance from your provider

 

What to Know

 

The $150 consultation fee does not include the cost of laboratory testing or hormone labs. Lab testing may be processed through your insurance or through available negotiated cash-pay options.

Any laboratory costs and available payment options will be discussed with you before orders are placed. Patients are responsible for the cost of their laboratory testing.

Rooted Health KC does not complete prior authorizations for laboratory testing.
